Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bootcamp Experts, we strive to maintain transparency in our policies. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Course Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment
- Course access (videos, live sessions, materials) is granted immediately or as scheduled
2. Refund Policy
a) Digital & Live Training Programs
❌ No refunds will be provided once:
- Course access is granted
- Live sessions have started
- Course materials or recordings are shared
This applies to:
- Online courses
- Live bootcamps
- Hybrid programs
- Mentorship plans
b) Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only at our discretion in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error in payment processing
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel enrollment before course commencement by emailing us
- Cancellation requests after course start will not be eligible for refunds
- Absence or non-attendance does not qualify for cancellation or refund
4. Rescheduling & Batch Transfer
- Batch transfers may be allowed subject to availability
- Requests must be made at least 48 hours before course start
- Transfer approval is at the sole discretion of Bootcamp Experts
5. Payment Gateway Charges
- Any transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method
6. Program Modifications
Bootcamp Experts reserves the right to:
- Modify course schedules
- Change instructors
- Update course content
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
